(i) For store items,

If your item was misprinted, please contact us info@artsbystella.com within 2 weeks of receiving your package. Include a photograph of your order and we’ll issue a new order. 

 

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@artsbystella.com within 3 weeks of the expected delivery date. We’ll open a case with the post office. Once the issue is investigated, you will get a refund or a store credit.


If your package was damaged during shipping, please contact me at info@artsbystella.com within 2 weeks of receiving your package. We will open a case with the post office and once the issue is investigated, you will get a refund or a store credit. 

(ii) For commission orders there are no returns of refunds
