While the original artwork has a unique price and size, a print offers an additional option for art collectors to purchase the same artwork at a different price bracket.
Prices are a direct reflection of the high quality of the artwork but also take into account effort/time spent in production and fulfilment which involves printing, framing, packaging, shipping and handling.
We also include include sales taxes in the product offering according to laws and regulations of Canada, where the business is registered.

I require an initial 25% non-refundable deposit to begin a commission work. The rest of the balance is due upon completion. Payment plans after the deposit is received can be discussed on an individual basis.

Yes. I enjoy collaborating with my collectors. I will share my progress with you periodically. You get to see the completed work before you make your final payment.
The involvement of the client in the creative process is to ensure that the final piece is satisfactory to both the artist and the client. Due to the quality of the artwork and time invested in completing it, there is a no refund or exchange on commission work.

If your package was damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@aratsbystella.com within 3 weeks of receiving your package. We will open a case with Canada Post and once the issue is investigated, a store credit will be assessed.
Details about the duration of the work will be discussed during your ordering process. I may work on multiple artworks at the same time therefore my availability may be affected. I am located in Toronto Canada and depending on your shipping address, delivery/shipping time will vary.

I take privacy very seriously and handle personal information with the utmost care. The photographs you send are used solely for completing your commission work. Once the final product has been delivered with satisfaction all files are destroyed.
In cases where you give authorization to be featured on my online platforms the artwork will be posted accordingly.
